I have stayed at so many hostels in Mexico City, and this one stands as my favorite. The price is great and the facilities are too. The beds are comfortable and come with a privacy curtain and an outlet (no light in the bunks unfortunately). The toilets are outside of many of the rooms, but it is not a problem. There are many common areas (both inside and outside). The rooftop is a good place to be sociable or do work. They offer a decent breakfast and coffee for purchase at a good price. The staff is always helpful and kind. I enjoy that this hostel is outside of El Centro and is easy to get around Mexico City with a metro stop 5 minutes away.

- Amazing staff whom I’d like to thank: very helpful, caring and speaking English! I stayed there for 3 weeks and when I had any problem I asked the reception for help: when I got sick with food and had no medicine they readily helped me with a pill; when it was cold they gave me a warm blanket and so on. - Also you can breakfast right there - there is a cook in the morning, which is helpful when you don’t want to go anywhere early. - If you love being around people from all over the world this the right place - central location + proximity to the CDMX metro station of Hidalgo

The whole building is great with a nice rooftop terrace. The bunks were sturdy and equipped with curtains, fixed ladders and relatively big lockers. Staff was always super friendly and helpful! As the location is not in Roma/Condesa it shows a more authentic part of MX city with a great park, markets and shops closeby.

The location is not bad, it’s close to Bellas Artes, the Latin American Tower and close to multiple Metro and bus access points. There was always a shower available, bathrooms and the property were well kept. The terrace was nice, you might have to wait a little bit to cook but everyone is friendly.

Overall, it was the best hostel I stayed at while in Mexico. The staff was great. Cleanliness was excellent. The common area upstairs has beanbags to comfortably lounge. The breakfast is a good value. I ordered the chilaquiles (a bit too spicy for me) and the fruit bowl with honey (yum).
